Discount Policy
Discounts are created and published as the owner see's fit when to run a promotion for holiday's etc. Discounts are not to be requested and is not up for discussion. This applies to relatives & friends also.
Payment, Production, & Shipping Policy
Payment is required upon placing your order & must be paid in full in order for production to begin on your order.
Shipped orders are mailed out after the completion of production.
Production is between 2-3 Business days (excluding the weekend & holidays) Standard Shipping is 3-5 days
Rush Fee Policy
You may request a rush order when you need your bracelets between 2-3 Business days.
A $15 rush fee will be applied to your total balance for your order.
Charm(s) Exchange Policy
Any charm in the bracelet that you want to be changed will cost you $3.00.
Additional fees may apply for replacement charms.

Large Order Policy
If you order more than three custom bracelets and need them before 5 business days there will be a $20 rush fee added to your order total.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that bracelets are made per order. If you decide to cancel your order during the making or completion process your order will be put up for sale & you will no longer receive service or a refund.
